What will make the picture on my toshiba 65H82 wavy on every channel and in all inputs?
I did a little bit of research online and from what ive read, im thinking it is the hyper module/scan converter module? Does that sound right?
The picture is vertically wavy over the whole screen on every channel and even when i use the inputs! The picture can be seen just not very well due to the wavyness, and the audio is working fine! And also when i go to the menu screen it comes in clear!
The Hyper board needs re-capped.
