Problems with the latest Adobe Flash Player update for Firefox?
Ever since I've updated my flash plug-in for Firefox (version 3.6.10) from the previous version to the newest version (10.1.85.3) I've been getting this Rundll error concerning the get plus helper on startup:
There was a problem starting C:\Program Files (x86)\NOS\bin\getPlus_Helper_3004.dll The specified module could not be found
I've already tried troubleshooting the problem and searching for the file itself but I can't seem to find a NOS folder in my program files. Is there any way I can (manually) fix this? If not (I might just do a system to restore to fix the problem) is there any way I can download the update without having to use the download manger that caused this problem?
And is this a common issue with the newest update?
Try uninstalling it through Add/Remove Programs, reboot, then reinstall it.
It has been reported that some people are having issues downloading the full version directly from Adobe. If that is the case, you may want to try to download it as a standalone.
