How far do you have to open a laptop to void warranty?
i just opened my laptop, only to reconnect some wire in the keyboard nothing pass that, didnt see any sticker or anything.. did i already voided my warranty or is it only for people who open it all the way to the main borad?
Usually if you go past that point beyond the keyboard that will void the warranty. Also, there is a sticker that tells you on most laptops that when you will void the warranty usually it is covering up a screw to the component you are removing.
