2000 jeep grand Cherokee transmission problem?
2000 jeep grand Cherokee transmission problem very sluggish on start transmission fluid looks liked like strawberry milkshake, so i went to jiffy lube had them pump out the old tranny fluid and put fresh fluid in twice now deffinately not driving good check light is on now HELP
water in the tranny fluid. could be problem with the two fluids mixing in a faulty radiator. note that flush only gets about half the fluid, the rest is in the torque converter
how can i fix with out REBUILDING THE TRANNY AND YES I DID GET WATER INIT WENT FISHING I MY JEEP NOT INSTEAD OF MY BOAT
There is a tranny fluid cooler built into the side of the radiator, & they have been know to rust thru & mix the coolant & the tranny fluid. Check the radiator - Does it look like there is tranny fluid in the coolant ??? If so, get a new radiator, then do the tranny fluid, again....
