Where can I get the government ATSC converter box coupon to convert my TV to digital? Is there a site to download it from or who to contact?

Just make the request on the web site. They also have a phone number (1-888-388-2009) or mail in forms you can print out.
The coupon type converters only work with over the air broadcasts. They are not designed to be used with cable or satellite service.
